On September 20, 2011, CCA celebrated our 30th anniversary and 2nd annual art show at Rush Gallery in Manhattan. I was lucky enough to co-host the event and celebrate this momentous achievement with our clients, CCA staff, community partners, friends, and families. Along with displaying the artwork, studio recordings and video projects that the clients worked so hard on; we had a number of speakers and live performers join the show. Read more »
While I don’t know firsthand what the world was like 30 years ago, some rigorous Wikipedia searching taught us that 1981 was a year of firsts. MTV made its first appearance on cable television, the Boeing 767 made its first flight and Tohui, the first Panda to survive in captivity outside of China, was born in Mexico City. Read more »
